Please give us at least 7 days notice to have your car picked up, delivered to us, or to drop it off. When you return we also request 7 days notice for delivery, or to pick up your car from the warehouse. Sometimes it is possible that we will need less time but we have extremely busy times as well so we appreciate as much notice as possible. We will do our best to accomodate your schedule.

Q: Will my car be stored inside?

A: Yes, your car will be stored inside at all times. The only exception would be when we are loading or unloading.

Q: Will my car be put up on blocks?

A: No, all cars are kept in running condition. Fluid levels and tire pressure is checked once a month. Read more

Q: Is your car storage facility climate controlled?

A: No, it is not climate controlled, however the weather is moderate in central Virginia, temperatures are not extreme. We feel that starting the car and keeping it in running condition is much more important than heat and AC in our warehouse.

Q: Will my friend/wife/cousin, be able to use the car from time to time?

A: No, this is a long term car storage facility, we are not equipped for cars coming and going, and we cannot be responsible for damage to the vehicle while is is out of storage.

Q: What should I do to prepare my car for storage?

Q: Will you store my motorcycle or boat?

A: We are not equipped to store motorcycles or boats.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes, we have a general liability policy. However, we highly recommend that you keep your comprehensive policy in effect. More info...

Q: What days are you closed for pick-ups & delivieries?

A: We do not not pick-up or deliver on the following days:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve Day
Christmas Day
New Year's Eve Day

Q: Do you have a minimum length of time for storage?

A: Yes, this is a long-term car storage facility. The mimimum charges for storage are $440.00 - equal to a 4 month minimum. If your car is in storage for less than 4 months you will still be charged storage fees of $440.00, not including pick-up or delivery fees.

Q; Do you have a maximum length of time you will store my car?

A: No. As long as your quarterly charges are paid we will take care of your car as long as you require our service.

Q: How can I pay my bill?

We take all major credit cards and can automatically charge your credit card on the first day of each quarter if you wish to have a credit card on file. If you prefer to have your invoices e-mailed to you each quarter the invoices can be paid online at https://www.intuitbillpay.com/dandhsales

You can also set-up bill payment through your bank or just mail a check.
